Dear Colleagues

I am writing to you as you have supported Anne Cossar & Associates Ltd over the years to tell you of some exiting developments that are happening in the business.

As you may realise, I am hitting a ‘big’ birthday shortly and although I do not plan to retire anytime soon, Ewan (co-director and husband) and I have put in place a ‘succession plan” with the aim that the business continues to provide and develop high quality services for solicitors and for those affected by serious illness or injury. 

I am delighted to say that we have recently appointed two additional directors, who have also become shareholders, to help lead the business. They are:

Norma Findlay

BSc (Hons) OT Clinical Director, Occupational Therapist 

With a wealth of experience in care expert work, care/case management and manual handling. 

Elspeth Lamb

MA (Hons), MBA, Company Director & Office Manager

Formerly a Town Planner, now office and business manager extraordinaire.

Some of you will know Norma and Elspeth, who are extremely motivated and talented individuals, who share my vision to maintain and develop a range of high quality services, provided by professionals who excel in their field. 

I am looking forward to being able to introduce you to Norma and Elspeth, so that we can inform you about our exciting plans for the business to build on what we do, and be innovative in our offering.
